2.  Arm Strength

3.  Fielding - Infield (ground balls); Outfield (fly balls)

4.  Hitting (Contact, Power)

5.  Baseball instincts (footwork, movement to ball)

6.  Pitching (10U+)

7.  Attitude/Hustle/Coachability
